The 37th National Mathematics Symposium Successfully Held

We are delighted to announce that the 37th National Mathematics Symposium was successfully held from September 1–4, 2025, hosted by the Department of Mathematics, Faculty of Science, Akdeniz University.

This year, we welcomed 233 participants, including academics and young researchers from all over Turkey, marking the highest attendance in recent years. Over the course of four full days, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., the symposium featured a rich and intensive program: 11 presentations by 9 invited speakers, 123 contributed talks, 9 poster presentations, and two well-attended panels. The panels covered the activities of our association, the importance of the National Mathematics Symposiums, and all aspects of mathematical publishing in Türkiye—from traditional to contemporary, both academic and popular.

In addition to the scientific program, social activities such as trips to Aspendos, Side, and Manavgat, as well as the traditional gala dinner, enriched the symposium experience, providing participants with valuable opportunities for both scientific and cultural exchange.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to Prof. Dr. Simten Bayrakçı Doğan, Prof. Dr. Ayhan Dil, and the entire local organizing team for their outstanding contributions, as well as to the Antalya Governorship and Konyaaltı Municipality for their generous support.

As the Turkish Mathematical Society, we firmly believe that this gathering has further strengthened scientific solidarity and interaction within our mathematics community. We sincerely thank all contributors and participants and look forward to coming together again at the 38th National Mathematics Symposium.

With our best regards,
